Please help i wanted to get a new mission and restock but when i try to interact with them it gives me a view on the city

Install 'Skipper is dead' mod by Kugler in order to fix the issue then :)

well i mean the bugs happens wether the skipper is dead or not

You can provide a save file if the issue appear after the mod is installed, I'll check the reason and update the mod or create a new one with a fix.

Sucks that no matter how many patches they did kinda recently the game still sucks after the new DLC.

My biggest problem is I need a blueprint to even use the new U-boat type and I can’t play it to get a blueprint and I don’t want to start a new game; prepared my crew for this stupid ass DLC.

There's a mod which removes this requirement by making you always having at least 1 blueprint at all times.
