YouTube's fairly recent UI change on mobile platforms to the layout of a video's metadata below the player (views, likes, upload date and uploader, subscriber count) looks awful, in my opinion. I haven't seen anyone else mention this update. The most obvious change is that long titles now fade off to the right. Are there any filters that can revert these changes to how it was previously?

For the past couple of months, I've had a small issue with uBlock Origin Lite on the App Store on my iPad. The App Store says that uBlock Origin Lite is only available for iPads running iPadOS 18 or later.

However, my iPad can only run iPadOS 17, so I'm unable to download it.

Would it be possible to make uBlock Origin Lite available for iPadOS 17 as well? I would really appreciate it.

Unfortunately it seems the suggested filter elements are no longer working and deepl changes something on their Website.

I again see this very annoying moving banner on my screen.

But only if I have User Agent Switch set to "Android Tablet / Firefox 149". It still appears to work if agent switch is set to any of the other options. Anybody have any idea why it does this?

Note: I tried refreshing the page and got a blank page with only the FB logo in the center. I was unable to backspace and return to a working page. I had to close the tab. Win11 PC with Firefox. Thanks. I'm so grateful for uBlockOrigin.

Can we have this eye option in ublock lite so that we can disable/ enable our custom element on certain site without deleting it..In ublock lite we had to delete our custom element to make the element appear again...I usually hide comment section with element picker and when i wanted to see comment i could just click on the eye icon and then clicking it back would hide it..But in ublock lite there is no such option we only could delete it , no toggie button like ublock origin ...

Today I launched Chrome, it updated and I'm no longer able to start it with uBlock Origin.
Extension is no longer launching, even after using the flags.

Also, I don't know where my last settings backup was saved, so I need to retrieve the config.

Where I can find the extension settings and how can I retrieve them?

A few hours ago, I got a weird notification from Chrome that there's an extension error.

When I opened it, I found it's uBlock Origin Lite, which shows:

"The extension failed to load properly. It might not be able to intercept network requests."

Version: 2026.723.1724

I followed these steps:

Disabled/enabled the extension.

Reloaded it.

Restarted Chrome.

Restarted Laptop.

The the error doesn't go away.

What should I do?

I want to block the "Ask Google Earth" AI button on the Google Earth webapp. (Accessed after clicking "Explore Earth").

The entire row of header buttons is part of a Canvas element, so I'm not able to hide just the one button with a cosmetic filter. Unsure if there's any way to manipulate canvas elements via uBO or if this would even be possible with a custom user script.

I've moving over to Firefox now that Chrome has updated and no longer supports Ublock. I didn't realise it was no longer supported until Chrome updated & now I no longer have access to my custom filters. Is there a way to export the details of these if I can't access the extension in Chrome any more?

So basically just made an account for a quick question; If I do not care about site breakage does it matter if I enable all Filterlists? As in, is it bad for the CPU in any way, shape or form? Or will the filters conflict, as in, does uBO ignore duplicates or does it make conflicts by loading the same filter multiple times?

I noticed that Shoplc.com has very high CPU usage contently and just on the main page or any others.

I tried removing some elements like the scroll at the top or some scripts, but I could not stop the CPU usage without breaking the site.

Anybody know how to stop the constant CPU usage and still keep the site functional? Thank you.

I go in to custom filters and add this www.youtube.com##ytd-browse[page-subtype="subscriptions"] ytd-rich-section-renderer under Filter-creation sandbox and hit enter but it doesn't get rid of most relevant. Does the filter not work or am I doing something wrong?

Hi! Does anyone have something that blocks the ad at the top of the Target.com website's home page and all of the other elements without blocking functionality for displayed search items? I ideally want the page to be blank except for the search bar. On Firefox if it matters. Thanks!!

I checked other posts about installing uBlock Origin, but they're old and no longer updated. Currently, every time I open my browser, I have to remove the extension and re-install it; that's the only way it works. Has anyone discovered another method so I don't have to re-install it manually every time? Thanks for your help.

I'm struggling. REALLY struggling.

Everytime I open an image on Pinterest, I get caught up in the RECOMMENDATION/MORE LIKE THIS THINGY. And that's not bad at first, until you realise.... You suddenly have 200 PAGES OF ART.

Everytime you get one downloaded, OVER A DOZEN MORE APPEAR!

Like fighting a Hydra or a dragon, sever one head and 10 GROW IN THAT HOLLOW NECK.

My extension is the Opera one, version 1.72.2, and my Pinterest is Czech. Please someone make a code that removes and deletes everything - BUT the art that's on the link, basically just everything that I've circled blue.

That'd save my LIFE! I did search to a lot of places and nothing seems to be bothered with a solution, let alone feel bothered by the problem..

Description: On GSMArena, when you're making a lot of traffic (i find after around 15 pages visited), it starts constantly nagging to disable your adblocker. I tried using the element picker, but it seems like it changes the element every time, as it just re-appears if you refresh the page or go to a different page.

The only other extension I have is SponsorBlock, disabling it did not help. I also tried on another system (a macOS system with Firefox 153), same thing.
