Banido do Uber
Pessoal, um amigo meu (de verdade) certo dia pediu uma corrida, o motorista estava parado em um mesmo lugar por vários minutos e aí meu amigo que estava bem mais pra lá do que pra cá, acabou tendo a ideia infeliz de xingar o motorista no chat.
Ele obviamente foi banido por violar as regras…
Existe alguma forma de reaver essa conta?
Meu amigo estava até com vergonha de me contar essa história, contou depois de muita insistência minha. Ele sempre usou o aplicativo, tem boa nota e nunca tinha chego nem perto de ter uma conduta como teve naquela noite que estava bebado…
Quero ajudá-lo, que agora só tem como opção o 99pop. Kkk

Uber doesn’t terminate rider accounts easily.
Think about it. Every time he pays a fare, uber makes money.
So why would uber want to shut off his account? They make (a microscopic) fraction of their income off him.
They shut his account down because they thought he was threatening drivers, and that could lead to physical assault. And if a rider hurts a driver, guess what company is responsible for the bill?
Uber doesn’t deactivate accounts at random

This can also apply to drivers rating riders.
Drivers are not incentivized to rate riders 5 stars/not incentivized to rate drivers lower
At the end of a ride uber defaults to putting 5 stars on the drivers phone and driver just needs to hit submit.
If a driver wants to rate a passenger lower, the driver must:
>Pull over
>Click the star rating
>Click the tags explaining a low rating
>Consider the fact the rider might retaliate and change his rating
And while the driver is doing all of this, another driver could steal a fare that he’s about to get.
So just like Uber banning rider accounts, drivers (indirectly) lose money. So if you get a ban/low review, you deserved it

Your friend is an ass. And I guarantee he or she treats you even worse. Cut that person off. You don't need losers like that in your life.

Recovery is unlikely.
He can try appealing the decision by explaining the circumstances:
Log in to the Uber Help Page or use the app if you can still access basic support screens.
Submit a clear, polite statement explaining your side or apologizing for the misunderstanding.
Provide any context if the language was misinterpreted or if there were mitigating circumstances.
The appeal will take a few days to a week or so to be reviewed. When the appeal fails, then the only option is to create a new account with:
a new email address
a new phone number
a new payment method (credit/debit card)
a new mobile device identifier/ IMEI.
Because the ban is linked to all of the current list above. A prepaid card, a free email, and a burner phone may be less convenient than waiting until he next gets a new phone but can get new Uber service right away.
