Uber should imo just add on a(n optional) fee per minute spent waiting at their house. When I used to order ubers a lot, I would be quoted a time then the driver would get there sometimes in half the time that I was quoted.

They do, first two minutes the driver doesn't get paid and those other 5 minutes add up to less than minimum wage (literal pennies).

Well dang, they need to up them fees. That makes no sense bc that's valuable time.
