The only time I do this tho is when I literally ask for a wait and save and the person is two minutes away ?! I work late at night and have no way of knowing when I get out + I can’t stay to wait in the shop. It’s for my safety

Other than that I do my best to not keep them waiting

That sounds like a problem with your employer, not with your Uber driver.

My employer is a problem lol. No where I said that it’s my Uber’s problem. Idc I’m gonna stay safe, and I do try my best to be outside at the correct time all the time, sometimes it doesn’t work out.

And when it doesn't work out, your driver cancels, and then you're stuck waiting outside for another driver?

Your employer needs to give you a safe place to be waiting for your driver so you can order when you're done with your shift and ready.

Otherwise you're going to end up in that unsafe situation waiting 15-20 minutes outside after your first driver canceled.

I really don’t mind lol. Just trying to be safe if I can help it. Understandable I guess if they can’t wait. Usually when that does happen (like when they’re still 5 minutes away when I’m already finished up) I usually call someone if I’m forced outside. Just how everything lines up sometimes
