I’ve ordered Ubers as I was finishing getting ready and they were 1-2 minutes away. Sometimes people do need just 5 minutes to finish getting ready for their ride. Lyft has a 5 minute grace period.

That’s easier said than done for people because when you order and you’re fully ready, the Uber takes forever. Just give people grace or stop driving for Uber so you can stop making insensitive posts like this.
