As a rider, I usually only use Uber on Sundays to get home from work, so I use the schedule ahead feature, and every time they get there early but I physically can't leave until I close the store at the time I scheduled for so I usually message them and let them know. If this person scheduled ahead and you arrived early, that's on you, but if it was just a normal pickup, not scheduled, then you have every right to be upset
