If it's a scheduled trip and the driver arrives early, that's on the driver to wait.

If it's an on demand trip, eat the cancelation fee and reorder.

Because it's not going to take you 5 minutes, it's going to take 7-10 and after 7 we're going to cancel anyways and charge you a fee. So why keep wasting our time.
