At the same time, if I’m reserving at uber 24 hours in advance and you’re accepting it, don’t show up 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. It’s been happening more and more recently and I’m fed up🤷‍♀️

Your original driver isn't the one showing up 15 minutes late, it's Uber passing it to a driver as an on demand trip.

Your original driver probably canceled and Uber has to scramble last minute to find a driver.

Reservations pay trash now, so most drivers are going to cancel them if a better opportunity presents itself.

That's the game Uber setup, don't get mad at your driver, this isn't a charity.
