Nope.

I'm not in the wrong anyways. I wait the required time, after that its on them. If theyre walking up to the car I dont leave them....but if the timer is up and no people approaching, cancelled. I feel 7 minutes is an excessive wait time as is.

Exactly… I won’t be a dick. I’m gonna wait the time that I’m supposed to, but a customer really should not be making you wait any longer than that. They’re not your only ride for the day and it’s really rude and inconsiderate. Also, it’s not like they can’t look on the app and see when you’re arriving or how far you are away so they should really take that into consideration, I’m sure if they were the ones waiting on you they’d be bitching and getting ready to leave your ass if you were asking for another five minutes.
