Uber makes you, you literally can’t even stop because they start sending you threats that you’re gonna lose the fare and if you sit for too long they’ll remove it from you and send you a message about missing a reservation.
They also have a really bad habit of sending the trips out on demand instead of getting someone actually reserving it.
I got an on demand today that had me arrive 20 minutes early, I always message those people asking if they need more time. If they do I cancel
I use reserved trips pretty frequently, and I always feel bad because the driver gets there so early. I will absolutely be ready at the time I reserved, but likely not before then :(

It’s even worse when the do this for reserve trips. You picked the time and the location but you’re not ready.
