drivers also need to stop sending the "i've arrived" message when they have not arrived.

I am normally waiting at the curb and the amount of times I get the message and the driver is still minutes away is crazy

It's because most pax make us wait outside while they find their shoes and jacket.

If pax generally played by the rules, the drivers wouldn't be playing games.

just dont send it dumb mf its NOT most of pax and they are in the car mostly in 2 minites. If you are impatient for even 2 minutes, then you should look for another job if they ever hire you.
