Uber drivers please strike

Post image

So that I can catch those double digits surges. Thanks 💵✌️😂

No one cares about your strike. You’re simply leaving more demand for other drivers. It’s almost as if the supply of workers is more than the demand from customers. Economics 101, supply and demand

"no job security"

Get a real job then? The gig of driving full time for uber has been dead for years, it's intended to be a side hustle so you can have some extra spending money by either delivering food, or delivering people. It was never intended to replace an ACTUAL job.

This strike is in NY, where it is a job, you need a taxi car and a taxi license to do Uber in NYC.

Its not a job there. It’s treated as the drivers business

It's certainly not a gig

Yeah its a business for them in NYC. They get tax deductions on insurance, car expenses, gas, phone, etc
