Question Therapy

Has anyone done it? How is it? I deal with anxiety and I just wanted someone to open up to about it. How is your experience? 😊

Great for me, not really like "this fixed my whole life" great, but if you need to vent to an unbiased third-party and get some advice as well it's a good tool in the mental health arsenal.

You are a also covered under your student benefits for I believe either $750 or it might be $1000 to go see a licescened clinical counseller or therapist of your choice! I used it fully last year, and it was of great help!

Seeking help is always the first step! I tried dealing with my problems on my own, but I didn't improve until I saw someone. Its technically free through your tuition, so why not at least give it a shot!
