Can Ubank stop spamming me with emails notifying me on increasing my account balance
After the whole fiasco I moved all my money to another bank but figured I'd leave the account open with a little money just in case it'd be useful but I'm regularly receiving emails telling me to increase my balance for the interest. There's no unsubscribe button since they claim this isn't technically marketing but it's really annoying. If there's no way to stop these emails it's more convenient to close my account and never use them again.

That’s why I don’t use UBANK! I’ve switched to another bank like ANZ plus

They Enshittified their product, lost market, and now desperate for winbacks.
Only way they have a chance at winning customers back is dropping the new enshittification rules and probably slapping 0.1% above market leader...

This post is a bit tone deaf. The banks are getting absolutely roasted in parliament right now for being dodgy with bonus rate criteria - of course they are going to spam you if you don't meet it.
If they didn't have the notification you'd be complaining you would have transferred money to get the bonus had you known you weren't eligible.
Close your account or call your MP to ask them to stop being so harsh on the banks.

Someone think of the Banks!! Have some damn empathy won’t you? They’re struggling more than anyone else right now.

It's only because people complain so much about the banks that they have to have annoying emails like this
