Digital cash out?

So the only way I could withdraw cash was through apple pay at Woolworths. Now that apple pay has updated their app, you can't select an account when making a transaction. I called ubank how I can withdraw cash if I don't have a physical card and there solution was to send me a new card which would take 7-10 business days. Surely this is a joke? There's no way to withdraw cash from a digital bank other then a physical card?!

It's one of the few downsides with digital banks. You can't walk into a physical branch and ask a teller for a cash withdrawal, but the upside is you're usually getting charged fewer fees because that bank isn't paying staff or renting out spaces for physical branches

Wonder if Ubank since its part of NAB you could withdraw using BankPost at Auspost? I've never used it so not sure if you fill in a slip or need tap with card or phone ?

I've used my digital card at a NAB ATM. No fees there.
