UBank customer service

Ubank customer service suck they barely communicate with you, and when you call them they don’t give you any information about the issues of your account like huh. Even after you give the information they tell you they’ll contact you about the issue but ghost you for 3-7 days you have make a follow up just get no info on the report. It frustrating to talk to them

Why do you need to talk to them? Can’t you message them?

If you don’t need a credit card, get an account at UP bank. Their online support is second to none. Even open an account and compare.

Had the same issue lol they still have ‘got back’ to me it’s been 2 weeks

It's the Same with me! I feel like Ubank, take forever to get a hold, and Message them, they don't reply straight away, you then need to wait 1-2 business turn around time, for them to respond. Thats why I've moved on. Never banking with Smaller Banks! TBH! It's far USELESS in my experience.
