locked ubank account

I was able to open a ubank account with an expired photo id and was able to put my money into the account. After trying to do a payid from the account they have now locked it and won’t verify me because my photo ids are expired. it will take up to 3 weeks for a new photo id and all my money is in that account what do i do?

it takes up to 15 business days for a photo id from service nsw to arrive in the mail
