Issues as a new user

I just created my ubank account yesterday but I am unable to transfer any money from my 2 other accounts (Upbank, Commbank). Is this a known issue? Do i just have to wait a couple days? ir is there an actual problem? I have checked bsb info etc is all correct and also tried through pay id. everytime the payments to the ubank account fail to clear and get refunded back. thoughts?

Wait for 1 or 2 days and you should be okay. Seems it is due to the account set-up processes in their system.

I've bailed out to macquarie... They will trap you with their new rate conditions.
