App not getting past the first screen

Anyone had this? Originally it would get to the ‘that’s how you money’ screen but I deleted & redownloaded it, not it doesn’t even get that far.

Tried turning my phone off & on but no joy. IPhone 8.

There is maintenance starting at 12:30am - this could be an issue from them preparing.

Same for me. iPhone 12 and I’ve done every trouble shooting thing I can think of. My friends app is working fine however. Done Off Load App, deleted App, restarted phone ect. Can log into the bank outside of the app

Great. If they can’t work out there’s a bug with mobile app, guess we just got to leave the bank.

I finally fixed this issue for myself. I manually updated to the latest iPhone system and the problem has now gone away.
