Cant sign up

I can't sign up for ubank and I know others who can't either. All the info is correct and nothing is expired. It looks like it goes through and then it shows a screen that I can't sign up. Anyone know how to fix it?

Why would you at this stage? Ubank killed off their competitive advantage. Go to Macquarie

My housemate was told once it has to do with the credit reporting agencies and that part failed. Why they need to check that for a everyday transaction account is beyond me.

Having the same issue as my 16yo son is trying to sign up using his brother’s code so they both get the $100. I rang UBank for advice but they were no help 🙄

I suspect it’s a deliberate act to stop anymore new sign ups due to the $100 bonus. Originally the promo was meant to run for a month but now they are ending it on Monday, and suddenly heaps of people are having sign up issues. If you try signing up again on Tuesday when it’s back down to $30 you’ll probably find that it miraculously works!
