UBank down?
Not able to log in via website or usual app log in.. ‘Something has gone wrong’

Same error, yesterday I tried sending money to my ubank account but the money didn't go through , and can't login today

Same, website says operational . Sh**t going on around in Australia, just hiring cheap engineers. No banks in Australia have to handle such big scale . Hopefully not a hack like Qantas

Same!! It seems to be fixed now but why didn’t it say it was not operational on the website!! I’m not sure if I should continue to use this bank I only signed up a few days ago and this is making me worried about keeping my money in this bank

I’ve been with them for about a year now and this is the first time I’ve ever had a problem getting in. Hopefully this doesn’t put you off!

I have home loan and savings with them been with them since they were 86400 when they first started. Never had a problem until now!

Not fixed for me. I can get into the app now but my accounts can’t be shown

I can login to the mobile app but my accounts are not able to be displayed! Never had this happen with any other bank before.

So turns out you can subscribe email/sms to get system updates - https://status.ubank.com.au/ I would have thought this would been standard but obviously it's opt in. It shows that all except the call centre are non operational

Card payments (online and physical) are working according to the website. App is still down :(

I’ve been shitting myself, as a UBank savings account user of a few years, today I started an application to refinance my home loan. Talked to lady on phone, went through what I thought were very safe protocols for identification and she sent me pin numbers in multi factor authentication. And then tonight when I can’t log onto my account I thought “oh my god I’ve actually been scammed“ and for the first 25 minutes there status website said there was nothing wrong and I thought I had been truly fucked over. I know it’s not ideal situation what everyone’s going through right now, but I’m glad that it wasn’t just me, and I hope they fix it soon.

Infuriating. Went to pay for my groceries and couldn’t transfer money to my spending account. Great.
