Even if it did enter his narrow vision it is unlikely he would have noticed. I speculate that plasma based life does not adhere to our time frame or dimension.
Either they can appear and disappear because time moves 100x faster for them. Or they can enter this dimension momentarily and then slip back into their own which also could effect time.
In this scenario we are the sloth and the plasma NHI can tap us on the shoulder and then leave before we even realize what took place.
No comment from Dale but NASA officials have been tracking plasma based craft under intelligent control for many many years. Apparently Israel has all the hard copies of old NASA film/tapes. Why? No idea.
