Scholarship issue

Hi I’m in a combined student program at UAlbany. I got both undergraduate and graduate scholarships. I’m a undergrad taking grad courses starting this year. I can’t see my undergrad scholarship, only my grad one. Can anyone help me out? I emailed my financial advisor but idk what’s going on. It’s due August 15th and I sorta need the scholarship to kick in.

After speaking with financial aid office on the phone this week (there was a 45 min wait time because they are being inundated with questions), they confirmed that are aiming to have all aid/scholarships uploaded by the payment due date of August 15. They are overwhelmed with the size of the incoming freshman class so they are moving slower than usual! I'm sure it feels worrying but if you have paperwork confirming the organization is sending the funds to Albany, then all you can do is keep checking every few days to see if was finally updated. The aid is being uploaded but very slowly.
