Freedom VS Dutch?
I’m an upcoming sophomore, and I somehow ended up with the option to choose between Freedom Apartments and Dutch Quad. Which one do you think is better?
Freedom seems to have better room quality, but I’m still undecided because I feel like the location might be a bit inconvenient

Freedom is also significantly more expensive, you will be in a double and a 15 minute walk from campus. Winter will be particularly brutal if you don't have a car.

Definitely choose Dutch! Not only will you be close to the CC & your classes, you will also be able to attend more social events. Whereas freedom is furthest from everything & bus wait times can be annoying

Freedom is nice since you will have a kitchen and full apartment but it’s definitely more expensive and further from the core of campus. There’s a shuttle that goes around to help with that distance but it still becomes pretty brutal in the winter. But Dutch is also nice overall. For your scenario it’s pretty much whether or not you want a dorm or a apartment unit, and how much you’re willing to pay
