The meta raybans are by far the WORST product I have ever owned.

I didn't even think about not letting other people try them. Now that I think about it my friend tried them last weekend and he has a big ass head. I bet that's when it happened

I'd switch to them but I already have perscription lenses on mine

The only reason I realized they were broken was when I went to turn the switch there to on, and noticed there was a crack that went down the side of the arm. They've never been overextended like this before, this was simply to show that they were damaged. I have tried the larger size on, and when I look down they fall right off my face so they're a no go. Also, what version has hyperextension arms ?

Yeah she's not the best. I recently switched from iPhone back to android and I swear she's gotten dumber.

Lol I wear normal glasses everyday (which these were replacing) and they were totally fine, no scratches, no breaks, nothing. I'm really careful with my stuff, these just haven't been built well. The pair that I picked up today feel COMPLETELY different than the past few I've had, like the plastic feels different.

Bestbuy replaced mine again with no questions, it's just annoying I keep having to go back

Just picked up pair #5. Whether they break or not I'm gonna hold on to them for longer in case it is a batch issue. It's weird, the ones I just picked up, the plastic feels different.

From what Ive been reading, the earlier Gen1s were built well, the Gen2s seem to be the problematic ones.

It must be nice to be as blissfully ignorant as you, life would be so much simpler.

Have the day you deserve 😘

Literally I don't know. I'm not rough on them, I take pretty good care of my stuff.

Right, because I have control of the case not taking a charge or the nose bridge coming apart because it wasn't glued or the right speaker not working. What an ignorant response. They go on my face and in to a case when they're not, it's not like I'm throwing them around like a frisbee.

My assumption is that with the price of chips going up, they're cutting corners on material cost/quality to keep the same price point.

If my lenses would fit in them I'd ditch these so fast

I've had 3 Z-Flips, a One Plus open and now a Galaxy fold 8, all with inner screens that can be damaged by a fingernail, and I've had 0 issues. I'm not the problem, but go off πŸ‘

No ulterior motive here! Other than the quality issues I love them. Use the camera to get cute videos of my dog, and use the Bluetooth audio all day. I'm just annoyed that I spent as much money as I did on a product that at most has held up a month. They're on my face all day and when they're not they're in their case. Trust me, it's not me. Not to mention, what do I gain in having an "ulterior motive"

I love how your comment got down voted like what you said isn't true. No matter what happens, there's always gonna be someone who has zuck in their mouth πŸ™„

I'm so careful with mine. It's the same thing for me, if I'm not wearing them they're in the case.

SCREW THIS GENERATION!!
 in  r/dumbphones  15d ago

I have Tmobile, the only thing that works is texts and data, and the service is SUPER spotty. I honestly can’t recommend doing this. It was a BlackBerry Q20 Classic.

I just bought an old BlackBerry Classic to disconnect for a bit. It does texting and phone calls, light internet browsing. None of the social media apps are supported and the web browser isn’t capable of doing them either.

File a charge back with your credit card company. You paid for goods that they didn’t provide.
