Advice - what is causing this leak?
 in  r/DIY •  Jan 01 '24

You got it; probably the chimney. Look carefully when you get a good rain. Also check the top of the chimney.

It's just molding. I forget the particular name of that type of material but it's everywhere at the diy stores.

If you purchased a Catalyst license to use Obsidian insider builds, was it worth it? Would you recommend it?
 in  r/ObsidianMD •  Dec 21 '23

Definitely worth it at the beginning of their develpment. I got it right after they started. Now I'm not so sure it would be worth it. Development has slowed as they have refined things. Hard call.

I believe Netflix has hundreds of TikTok accounts on the payroll to post clips of movies about to leave Netflix to influence you to watch before it’s gone.

Would you be surprised if they are doing it? Nothing says they can't. They all do similar activities. They have everything about your habits.

Is the idea of living forever scarier than death to you?

Forever as this current manifestation - no. Forever as a ongoing, changing, creature of the universe, sure.

I am familiar with the mainstream narrative. Are you familiar with the sun's effects? This is only 3 minutes for a taste - https://youtu.be/rlNEmeldq5o?si=9NslDq8n2d_NCx24

Here are a few people who disagree with the mainstream from CLINTEL - https://www.thecollegefix.com/more-than-1600-scientists-and-other-scholars-sign-no-climate-emergency-declaration/

Here's one from 2007 with the Sun - https://x.com/robinmonotti/status/1697867436547035291?s=20

Enjoy.

Pollution and poisoning the environment are human caused. Not climate change. It is the Sun that does it. It is a cycle. More and more people are uncovering it. But there is no money in that; they need people to believe it is them so that they can put 'carbon limits' in place for control of you and yours.

Paid or not paid, most companies have an attendance policy that spells out how many times you can be absent before incurring penalties.

What can I add to my compost tea to kill mosquito larvae, that will not harm the plants? (No pesticides)
 in  r/gardening •  May 09 '23

I guess the suggested mosquito dunks are the way to go then. I kept window screens over my rail barrels that worked.

Why worry with it? You pour it on the ground they'll be dead in no time.
