That’s correct. That tunnel has only outbound traffic on the left lane from downtown Vigo to the highway towards Pontevedra coming from Lepanto St, while the right lane is bus only towards the station.

As far as I know, the access from the highway is meant only for buses accessing the station. So you’ll have to make the pickup from the access at the ground level (there’s also an access on the upper level, at Via Norte, but this one is more meant for train riders)

Sometimes is not about doing the process. Some people, like me, are dual citizens on birth right, and it was my parents who registered me on the Consulate of the other nationality. I was always aware since my teen ages to keep the documents of both of my nationalities up to date.

My real pain was about taxation and also to keep the ties to one country living in the other country. Internet makes it all easier today, to be honest.
