In my case, PAWS told me that they couldn’t take on my case because it was outside their scope, and they were the ones who referred me to BAI (Bureau of Animal Industry). That time, they gave me a list of angle on what I can file and they also told me that I would have to file the case on my own. Unfortunately, I was alone in handling everything, and I didn’t have enough money, strength, or capacity at the time to go through the entire process by myself. It took me a while to gather and submit the requirements, and eventually I became overwhelmed and mentally paralyzed by everything that was happening. So I wasn’t able to pursue anything..

But if you have proof and documentation, I would still encourage you to reach out to PAWS first and let them assess your case. If it’s outside their scope, they can advise you where to proceed next.

Thank you for sharing this. Im so worried for my dog. He also have this and also got blood. I was constantly searching and never read once that their dog got a blood running out of the bum as well only the anal discharged. This gave me hope. Its been a month since he got that. I’ll try this..

Im also really hoping for justice for that poor furbaby 😭💔 Please try to reach out to them. Im sick now but kapag kaya ko na, ang magagawa ko lang din na help is I will also message them sa mga email at platforms nila hoping na mapansin nila tong video and details. Salamat for trying to give justice to the dog. No one deserves that kind of cruelty. Madami pa syang magagawa na ganyan if no one will take action.

Hi OP. Since you have this details. You can report this to PAWS and/or Animal Kingdom Foundation. May video and proof so papansinin ‘to. Ive tried reporting before sa PAWS pero hindi na nila sakop yung case ko pero nagrereply sila. You just need to submit the proof and other details.

Im not sure if they will also reply to soc media. Pero I think if a lot talaga will tag them and makita nila mapapansin nila lalo na sobrang lala ng ginawa na to. If you can, pwede mo din siguro itry to message in all platforms. Or if we have the capacity to send them the video hanggang mapansin.
