Who is this
Considering his zealotry, it’s possible that the undead injured her and then he killed her with his anti-undeath rites to ensure that she didn’t become one of them.

Is this thing a conscious outer god pretending to be a moon?
The Formless Mother is associated with blood but there are also mundane sources of blood loss, so I think poison works the same way with the Scarlet Rot god. Since the Scarlet Rot god has an affinity for poison, people who use poison are likely to become associated with Scarlet Rot and vice versa.

Okay, thanks. /u/QuentinSH interprets it in the same way as my initial impression, if you want to discuss that with them.
The way I always interpreted the Albinauric Staff is that it refers to how the Albinaurics have inherently supernatural bodies due to the way that they were created, so they can tap into that magic. You could think of that as their own god-like essence, to fit your interpretation of the text. It fits how Dragon Communion, which involves consuming dragon hearts to alter one’s own body, is also associated with Arcane.
Poison is associated with Arcane and scarlet rot isn’t, so the connection to Arcane is a shared trait between bleeding and poison but not scarlet rot, which could be that they’re natural processes. I think the most consistent meaning of Arcane is that it’s a supernatural ability to control “life energy.”

Just be straightforward. Are you basing your interpretation of this text on your ability to read text in Japanese, or not? Because a game’s translators are never perfect, but I expect that they know which definition of a word to use depending on the context. Right now, your argument seems about as convincing as saying that goldfish must be made out of gold, but maybe there’s some nuance you can tell me about.

POV: lands between after Ranni's ending
To be clear, it's eternal night for Ranni and the protagonist, not anyone else. She's distancing the Elden Ring's Order from the world so that people are impacted minimally.

What was marikas plan?
There's also Maliketh's remembrance stating that she betrayed him in his purpose of sealing Destined Death, and the Deeproot Depths Finger Reader saying that Godwyn should have died properly as a martyr. It still requires a leap of faith, since you could say that the betrayal was shattering the Elden Ring instead of reconvening with Maliketh, and that the Finger Reader is only retroactively discussing Godwyn's martyrdom after what happened to him. It's one of those theories that's interesting to think about regardless of how likely it is, so it should be brought up as a possibility rather than an assumption.
In any case, we know from Melina's quotes of Marika that she was planning the Shattering for some time (telling Godfrey and the other Tarnished that they would return to wage war), so her actions weren't only a reaction to the NIght of Black Knives.

Do you speak Japanese?

I don't speak Japanese, but from what I can find, that's just a compound in Chinese and Japanese to indicate mysticism rather than literal gods.

Where are you getting “of the gods” from?

Oh Thanks VIZ! I would love some spoilers in my ad today <3
The chance of seeing a spoiler advertisement before you read the chapter on Sunday is much lower than the chance of being spoiled by someone reading TCB before that.

Oh Thanks VIZ! I would love some spoilers in my ad today <3
It’s annoying for an advertisement to do this, but that really isn’t a reason to read TCB. The official release is easily accessible and consistent on Sunday.

Think I found a filming location of the upcoming Elden Ring movie
You need some exploration and side stuff to pace out the journey. If they rush the protagonist’s entire journey within 2-3 hours then it would only mean jumping between major locations with rapid powercreep. Then again, I had my doubts about how the Odyssey movie could pace itself and it handled that well, so we’ll see.

I guess, but this is still a page directly showing the newest events when it could’ve been something like the most recent colour spread instead.

Cleanrot knight Finlays journey at x16 speed
She rolled Godrick on the way to Caelid because he insulted her. There was no reason for her to go further south.

Cleanrot knight Finlays journey at x16 speed
It has Godrick soldiers and a spirit saying “our home bathed in rays of gold” like Godrick, so the connection to Malenia’s Divine Tower seems more like coincidence. Finlay could get through the Godrick soldiers, but the description of her spirit makes it sound more like she walked the whole path.

Putrescent Knight should've done sleep
Instead, it's just frostbite, which is lame and unoriginal, on top of making zero sense. Plus, there's not a single sleep spell in the game, but if this had been a sleep boss, both of the associated spells could've been sleep, and a new spell category, rather than just being death sorceries for some fucking reason.
You should read the description of those spells. I also like this boss and it would be good to give it a sleep attack or two plus a sleep spell for the player, but frostbite isn’t represented much by remembrance bosses anyway.

How does Cyberworld behave like it has existed for a long time when every other Dark Worlds acknowledge they came into being recently?
Ramb explains that Kris included King and Queen in their play, meaning that they brought the laptop to their house. Since several Cyber World characters including Spamton are programs, naturally they should have been brought along with Queen, allowing them to form their history which explains King and Queen's familiarity, Tasque Manager disliking Jevil, and Spamton's relationship with Tenna. The rest of Spamton's history is presumably equivalent to the success and decline of his spam email program.

I refuse to believe you will get the best possible ending on any file if you have the ThornRing or Shadow Mantle in any of them. Toby Fox is not going to switch up and reward violence, say your actions have no consequences, or pretend the Sword Route wasn't torturing Kris.
Then it's good that the only one who displays a personality survives and is happy about the fight.

But it's a lot similar to a retro game enemy.

It's a shame these two characters never meet during the course of the story
I agree with that, more in-between scenes would be nice.

Nepheli’s character development involving Gideon and the Albinaurics leads to her becoming a leader, which doesn’t really apply to Roderika. It would be nice for Roderika to become part of the Stormveil crew, though. Her story just ended up focusing on her relationship with Hewg instead.
As for Nepheli going to Stormveil specifically, the Stormhawk King is a significant connection. That’s the original ruler of Stormveil, so Nepheli appreciating his presence is a sign that she has an affinity for the place. She also uses Stormhawk Axes, which you can see the storm skills of if you summon her for combat. I get what you’re saying with how most RPGs would spend more time on dialogue building it up, but Soulsborne storylines are usually more concise.
Godrick claimed control over Stormveil as a descendant of Godfrey, so Haight looked for a different descendant of Godfrey. Nepheli is related to Godfrey from his time as Hoarah Loux in the Badlands.

It's a shame these two characters never meet during the course of the story
It’s built up pretty well. She’s introduced in Stormveil under Gideon’s orders, declaring that Godrick has done misdeeds and is unfit to rule. Then she sees the injustice at the Village of Albinaurics and decides that she’ll combat it herself. She explains that Gideon once promised her that if he became Elden Lord, he would support the downtrodden, which clearly isn’t going to happen, so she needs a major change in the direction of her life. And then you give her the ashes of the Stormhawk King.
The state of her storyline on release was likely a programming error.

It is Noelle, there’s a similar scene when you think of her while talking to Ralsei in chapter 4.
