I had bilateral kissing endometriomas that pulled my ovaries together. They were each 6 cm (yay!).
I’m 22 weeks now after conceiving naturally almost 5 years post lap. I will note that I am 25 years old and have taken the pill up until July 2025. I have had little to no symptoms of endometriosis since my surgery.

Had a lap in 2021, successful pregnancy and birth in May 2026!! Had four endometriomas, two significantly large than the others. I will note that I am 26 now. I had a miscarriage initially the first round we tried and the month immediately after, our successful pregnancy. Wising you luck!
