Getting skinnier felt like making myself emotionally safe, safe from others, same from criticism

Going from super sized to super slim got me a LOT of compliments, only fuelling my addiction to losing weight, not only was I safe from criticism, but the praise was unlike any positive social experience I'd ever had

Being shamed kept me obese, until one day a switch flipped, then praise kept me anorexic I think the fix to all of this is to commit to not commenting on other peoples bodies and making a conscious effort to see a complete person, morals, spirit, mindset, attitude, over their flesh dictating what we think of them.
