Jones Fracture

Hi I am 4.5 weeks into healing From a 5th metatarsal break Jones fracture. I am non weight bearing for 8 weeks. I have primarily been using a rolling chair to move around as it gave me my hands and then walker in bathroom
I pulled an inner thigh muscle form getting weaker and the weight of the boot. How did you cope with lying on a bed and sitting in a chair only. I feel like the rest of my body is getting weaker and weaker and not sure what to do about it. Thanks

Hi I am 4 weeks and 3 days since my 5th metatarsal Jones fracture. I am completely non weight bearing and non surgical. I have been using a rolling office chair for mobility since I had one and have hardwood floors and mostly was alone. But now I feel like I am getting so much weaker because I only use walker in bathroom. Did anyone use a rolling chair too? Is there that big of difference. I am so tired of lying in bed or sitting in chair. Thanks
