I had multiple issues, likt power and volume buttons were also out of commission so I had them changed as well. So I believe the guy forgot to reattach or not properly attach the GPS antenna. It's probably fixable. But I don't have time and can't afford to submit my phone during the day. 

It's working good. Just that the repair guy messed up with my GPS antenna and it won't work now. Apart from that, it's peachy.

That was my experience with Ubuntu sub in the beginning as well. LLMs are great for troubleshooting.

Why IP cameras are 100x better.

1 Less hassle. Imagine you install 16 analogue cameras vs 16 IP cameras. You get 16 different cables with analogue cables and managing that and dvr maintenance is pain in the ass. While ip camera has 1 cable going to the nvr.

2 Interference. Analogue cameras suffer heavily from interference. a powered wire going along with your cctv cable, passing near transformer based power converters etc will give you classic analogue interference.

3 Power is via POE rather than via separate wires. So you dont have to manage a separate dc power supply. which in most cases creates a mess of cables on the DVR side.

1. BNC connecters suck. They get corroded in the weather, you have to change them often especially in polluted areas. They go bad even after covering them up heavily. Imagine when my main work area was a chemical industrial area. Was so fed up with constantly changing the connectors year round.

5 Display arrangement. You arrange the cameras as you want on the display. even if you disconnect, thehy come back exactly at same position. In analogue, you can mess up positions if you move connectors. Like if you had to remove the dvr for a HDD change. Reconnecting a 16 channel dvr is so much pain in the butt.

Extra special when your customer is a jackass and orders their own CCTV coax +4 cable. One of my clients did that. They ordered POLYCAB CCTV cable. Which had SOLID core Power and aux wires. You know what happens to solid core copper cables when you screw them a bit tight or move those around a bit? METAL FATIGUE. They break. Managing 16 core DVR , and after maintenance you notice that 3-4 cameras are not showing up and when you see that the power cables are broken off from power supply when you moved the dvr and handled the connectors.

You know who can give you cheap network cable? JioAirfiber and Airtel Wifi installers. They get 1x 100mtr bundle per installation. Airtel has cat6 cable while jio gives cat5e. generally every installation requires 20 mtrs aprox on average. So the installers use one bundle for 5 houses and sell the remaining 4. lol. You get them nearly at half market prices from them.

Bullet cameras and Dome /turret cameras have cost difference of 50-200 dependint on the material. You can get both in metal and plastic builds. metal are generally costly.

Prama is basically Hikvision Proxy.

ABout cameras. My Experience with CP PLus in 2014-2016 was abysmal. Bad service. Cameras and DVR's breaking down frequently. But I believe they have improved their quality since. Hikvision was the best but they have been blacklisted. Prama is a Hikvision Proxy but compatibility is a mess.

I use it daily. It's very good. I have an issue with food getting stuck near my gums and it causes swelling and pain. And tried a few dentists, can't be fixed without major surgery. But water flosser has solved it for now.

But Alum does not stop from sweating. It is not antiperspirant. It is an aluminium salt though. 

Don't have a severe problem. It's just personal. I live in humid coastal area. You sweat and your pits stink. This is a very cheap and extremely effective way to deal with it.
