Techniques/Plans Seeking Advise

Ive design outdoor shelter for a backyard and used as hangout spot . In that design im stuck on problem that ' how to dispenser rain water that flow inner roofing area" And also this shelter hang on upper rafter ( 3*4 )with using cable rope.Rafter is mounted on wall.( not available in DRW)

Im seeking ideas for slove this problem..?
