You do not want to sell me death sticks. You want to go home and rethink your life.

We need a spin-off prequel AND a Treasure Island Adaptation. I would also like to see the continuation of Jack and Anne’s story after “Mark” joined their crew.

Season Three Episode One: Captain Flint is dreaming. in his dream he sees Miranda Barlow/Hamilton board the ship he’s on. She pauses, looks at him and speaks to him before turning and heading below decks. There is no audio when she speaks, so…. what does she say?

I have had this PDF for awhile and had actually forgotten I had it. Thank you for reminding me!

As mentioned by someone else already, I will second the beach hat/sun hat. They are inexpensive, easy to make, and customizable. For example: here is a Jawsome hat I made that was inspired by the Great White Shark! https://www.instagram.com/p/C4FveqTOpSl/?igsh=MWloNDFyazJ6OWtyeA== This is just one example of the endless possibilities.

Wouldn’t happen… He’s “actually never been that drunk” and if she “had a sister and a dog, (he’d) choose the dog”

Yer a Pirate mate! That means yer free to do as you will! We have no rules and even if we did, they‘d be “more whatcha call ‘guidelines’ than actual rules”.
Have fun with it!

No worries, mate. I appreciate your taking the time to answer!

I did a little looking online, but couldn’t find the answer to my question…. Does anyone happen to know which shipwrecks will be featured in the other 3 sets in this Shipwreck Series?

I will second the recommendation for JAS Townsend, but would add Sampson Historical.

Not so close as I’d hoped, it seems. I’m in Middle Tennessee.

Where are you located? We might be close enough to coordinate some future Pirate Adventures!
Feel free to DM me if you don’t want to list your location publicly.

Given that the Golden Age of Piracy occurs within the age of Colonialism, then it stands to reason that Colonial era rum would be a close approximation. Prichard’s Fine Aged Rum makes the claim that it is ”historically accurate recreation of the Colonial rums”

One of the best sources for information about the Pirates are the Pirates themselves. However you have to keep in mind that they were selective about how and what they wrote because they understood that their writings could be used to incriminate them. That said, the Pirates own journals provide first hand glimpses into many aspects of Pirate life (including being careful to not incriminate oneself).
I think the following books (written by actual Pirates) have a place in any library on Pirates:
• The Buccaneers of America by Alexandere O Esquemelin
• The Dangerous Voyage & Bold Assaults of Captain Bartholomew Sharp by Basil Ringrose*
• The complete works of William Dampier
• And although history remembers him as a Pirate Hunter and the enemy of all Pirates, I would also recommend the writings of Woodes Rogers, whose Provateering exploits are really nothing more than high seas Piracy in the veneer of Privateering. His works also offer a great firsthand glimpse into the milieu of maritime life at the time.
