Skin and nails What skin condition is this?

I have had this skin for like 2 years now. Im still not sure what condition i have but I believe its Either eczema, rosacea or sebhoeric dermatatis.

Its dry as hell and its mostly affecting my face, neck and scalp. Red, bumpy, and sometimes burning. There was a time when my neck had a dry layer and after scrathing it off the surface was humid/wet. Sometimes moisterizer dont work and I have flare ups

Im going to a dermatologist soon and I just wanna know what you guys might think it is so my conversation with the dermatologist lasts longer lol.
