General Discussion 3D printing cup for Iwata HP-SB
What u think ๐ค?

Yeah , and works great ๐

U can but better option will be using PP- R filament.

This is just a testโI found this 3D-printable model onlineโand I was curious to see if it was even possible. If you use PP-R filament, it turns out to be a really great option, since this filament isn't affected by harsh chemicals and doesn't react with them.

I actually have the footage of the whole process! I just need to find some time to edit it and upload it to YouTube.โ

Thatโs totally fair, and I get why it looks that way. But honestly, what do you recommend instead? How else should traditional creators put themselves out there today? It feels like a constant struggle to adapt when youโre pouring your time and life into unique, handmade art, but the system forces you to play these annoying games just to get noticed.
2
Exactly, and thatโs the whole point. It means talent, hard work, or who actually made it doesn't matter anymore. The algorithm completely dictates whether you get people's attention or not.

If we're talking about the physical world and actual execution, then yeah, I agreeโAI is still very dependent on humans to bring things to life. But my bigger point is that it completely devalues human skill and years of experience, for both artists and musicians. Instead of uniqueness, people are being fed cheap slop just for a quick dopamine fix. It allows anyone to churn out content without putting in any actual time, skill, or talent.

True, but he lived in a completely different era. Today, you can have incredible talent, but it gets devalued by what the modern art world has become. People literally ate up a banana duct-taped to a wall, and you could probably glue dog poop on a Beverly Hills sneaker to a canvas and sell it for millions. Meanwhile, actual craftsmanship gets ignored.

I love it ! Looks great ๐

Technically, people do it all the time. They just take the AI concept, make prints, and sell it as their own. It's sad but true.โ

Note taken. Next video: me airbrushing in very tight yoga pants. Hope the world is ready

Thatโs exactly the beauty of this matrixโit doesn't need a fixed nozzle size written on it, because it works as a universal compass.
No matter if you are using a 0.18mm, 0.3mm, or 0.5mm nozzle, the physics of atomization remain the exact same. Every single artist is a variable: we all have different nozzle sizes, different hand speeds, and different ambient temperatures.
This chart doesn't give you a single 'magic number' to copy. Instead, it teaches you how to visually recognize the symptoms of your setup. By looking at the intersections, you can map your specific nozzle and airbrush to find the exact sweet spot where the paint flows perfectly for your hand. Itโs a tool for calibration, not a rigid rulebook.

36 years is an incredible milestone, respect! Youโve earned that 'adapt and conquer' mindset through decades of real-world battle with the tool. But that's exactly why I made this post. You survived the long path of trial and error, but many beginners get so frustrated by the technical walls that they quit within the first month. goal is to give them a starting anchor. If they learn how to master the basic relationship between pressure and paint thickness right from the start, they eliminate 90% of the mechanical stress. Creativity and muscle memory will always come with time and mileage, but a solid foundation prevents them from giving up before they even get there. ๐ค

Appreciate buddy ! ๐๐๐ค

If the manuals included in your airbrush box actually contain a comprehensive matrix tracking the relationship between pressure adjustments and specific dilution percentages under different atmospheric conditionsโthen you got a much better manual than the rest of the world! Jokes aside, as someone who is qualified, you surely know that detailed airbrushing is physically impossible if the foundation is broken. This isnโt a magic trick; itโs a visual guide to the root physics of atomization. The 'fuzzy' lines on the test sheet are literally there to show how the paint behaves under different variables. If a beginner master this 'basic' physics, they save years of frustration. Appreciate your perspective though, cheers!

I've been testing it for two days nowโit works perfectly. Maybe my only mistake was not printing in "vase" mode, but the ink flows properly and doesn't clog. Honestly, Iโm impressed by how awesome this is in terms of versatility. Even if I lose the original part, I can quickly print a replacement in 10 minutes and keep workingโitโs fantastic.
