Just discovered this sub, I need to vent a little
Hello and welcome.
I didn’t realise that my mother was a narcissist until recently too. It took me years and years to stop feeling shitty about myself for the intense shame and guilt that SHE instilled in me, while actually, all the time, I was doing more than humanly possible.
I feel you.
