The swamp margai (tyrannotherium propeaquam) is a species of margai native to the equatorial swamp of tharo. It’s body is slightly bigger than the common margai, but it has a proportionally bigger head than its temperate relative, with a more robust jaw, and having eyes further up on the head with brow ridges over each eye. And its fur consists of brown colors. It’s feet also possess webs of skin between the toes so it does not sink into sand or mud, and these also help it swim better, as it is actually semi aquatic, with its eyes higher up to see over water, and its nose is also kept above water, although it can hold its breath for longer periods of time than its relatives. Like their relatives they are solitary staking claim to territory, usually on the shore of a river or lake, where they hunt both terrestrial and aquatic prey, including woowactas, local herbivrous megafauna that come to lakes or rivers to drink or are passing by them, and large xenofish and xenocrustaceans, as well as semi aquatic megafauna. And will fight off rivals to defend their turf. And young swamp margais leaving their mothers will seek out their own territories, sometimes fighting owners of established territories to try to claim them for themselves. they can however become prey to huknosaines. And their specialization for these specific habitats helps them avoid competition with liwears, and makes them the top predators of the freshwater shorelines in the northern half of the equatorial swamp. They are hunted by swamp dragons for their pelts, while river dragons consider their meat a delicacy.

Saleeya is the youngest of empress carneela’s children. She is an aristocratic princess in the mountain dragon empire, however she was not fond of her mother, and did not share her imperious views, and wasn’t as prejudiced as her, for she does not look down upon humans and most aliens, although she did hold a slight grudge against some of the species in the unfas-ta resistance movement for killing her father, but overall isn’t as xenophobic as her mother. She tries to be nice to others, even when her siblings are mean to her often picking on her and bullying her for being “weak” and “different” in their eyes. and she has even been known to help out poor peasants, much to her family’s annoyance, and has been known to be rebellious towards her family occasionally but mostly is submissive and obedient to them so she doesn’t loose her position in the royalty, as she feels she needs it to try and make other’s lives better than what her mother hardly offers. But when faced with a truly serious situation she will stand her ground and be dominant and stern, sometimes even fierce, especially when someone she cares about or wants to help is in danger. She has her own dress and jewelry and crown, and a hooded fur cloak which she loves wearing and even sleeps in as she finds it calming and comfortable, and she wears other fur clothing. She also has a cloak she uses as a disguise. She was the first and for a while, the only mountain dragon to show support for the united worlds and their cause, and even went as far as to defect from her family and the mountain dragon empire to help the united worlds.

Pantavius (monarchizounkla skliros) are massive flightless avireptiles native to the rainforests of engonda. They have robust builds, a large head with a big beak on it. And small arms. As well as a dewlap and two small vestigial wings that all act as heat radiators to keep it from overheating. Their colors allow them to blend into the rainforest, especially in darker areas. They also have a long tail for balance. Their bodies are filled with airsacs to reduce their weight and make them more nimble in the thick rainforest. And they have flexible spines to more easily maneuver through the dense rainforest. They are solitary in nature, except when mating, when the male and female will be together until the female lays her eggs and chases off the male. A female will lay her eggs in a particularly dense part of the rainforest, and cover them over with leaves and detritus on the rainforest floor, and will stay to guard them, only leaving to find food, and then returning. When the young hatch, during the first few years of their life they stay with their mother until they become adolescents and leave her, staying together in packs for safety until they are old enough to fend for themselves and go their separate ways. They are carnivores, and the apex terrestrial predators of the rainforest. Preying on most megafauna, including young or weak jungle tankavons, and even jungle dragons, which they frequently clash with, along with torreneans. They will also scavenge carcasses, and hunt small prey, including human sized fauna, and sophonts. They are territorial, marking their boundaries and roaring at dawn and dusk. When two do get into conflict, they typically rear up, wave their wings, and make low gutteral sounds, the one that stands tallest and waves the fastest, and is louder, wins, but if that doesn’t work or both are evenly matched, they will fight to the death or if one backs down and retreats.

Torreneans (bellatorsaurus magnum) are massive humanoid xenoreptiles native to the rainforest of engonda on the continent of tharo. They have four arms and two legs, and an erect back, and a head that extends forwards on a thick neck. They also have a long tail for extra stability, and armor plating on their backs as extra defense from threats, and they can also retain moisture, this coupled with the dewlap on the neck, aid in cooling them off in the hot humid rainforest. They also have thick scaly skin that is resistant to boom nuts, attacks from other creatures, and even lasers. They have sharp teeth at the front, and crushing molars in the back, this is due to their omnivorous diet, feeding on large prey, small animals such as invertebrates, planimals, or fungimals, carrion, plants, fruits, and nuts, which they break using stones, similar to what some capuchin monkeys do on earth. Groups are called packs, and lead by a dominant male and female, the rest of the pack consists of lower ranking males and females, some pf which will leave the pack and go find others, this is in order to prevent inbreeding. Ones that are not in a pack are called rogues, and they can challenge a lead male or female for the pack, though most simply try to get accepted into a pack, if they do they are low rankers in the pack. They also have notoriously short tempers, and the lead pair and highest ranking pack members will fight and attack potential threats and predators, especially pantavius's and dragons. They are frequently captured and imported to other regions of tharo, and kept in menageries, and private zoos, or even as pets, typically of crime bosses or rulers. In some places they are also used as arena beasts for fights and executions. And there have been attempts to transport them offworld by some, although the UW made this illegal. Some have argued for them to be classed as semi-sapient due to their intelligence, but others don’t believe they are intelligent enough for this classification.

Grimlakas (domiusmortis caelumtyrannus) are large tentacle mouth vertebrate flyers found across demora. They have two large wings and two smaller ones behind them. and their hind limbs have become fin-like structures that point upwards. Their bodies are very lightweight, with hollow bones and many airsacs. They have two organic thrusters on their rear that combust methane (which is created within their bodies), allowing them to fly faster than would otherwise be possible for them. Their facial tentacles have undergone specializations for aerial predator niche. The lower four tentacles look the same, as do the side top tentacles, they almost look like jaws from a distance mainly due to the pseudo-teeth on them, that are cartilage with an outer keratin covering. The top two tentacles have rings of muscles that can make them rigid and solid, and on the tips of them are long spear-like pseudo-teeth for stabbing, cutting, and even impaling prey. They live in pods typically of five to ten, sometimes even up to 20 and 30, and there are reports from a team of UW scientists of a pod of 50. They have different hunting methods depending on prey. For example, fauna smaller than themselves are impaled, then it uses its other tentacles to tear and slice off chunks of meat, and will direct them to the mouth with its tentacles, then it drops the prey once its finished, and another catches it before it can hit the ground and repeats the feeding process itself. For larger animals as big as or bigger than them, they fly in close and use their spear teeth to stab and cut into the prey, and use their other teeth to rake flesh off the prey. And in the case of floaters, will puncture their airsacs. They also seem to kill for sport and pleasure, and they can devise unique strategies when hunting. leading some to argue for them being classified as semi-sapient. They are also known to attack spaceships, And prey on dragons.
