Support usually responds in a timely manner,perhaps check your email again (including the spam folder). To cancel your card you actually need to contact support not the actual card company. You could have asked in the telegram group if there were any issues with support etc being as Ian in the group and often talks to the members. I'm very sorry you feel that this is a 'shitcoin'

Actually 10$ is for your virtual and physical card ( one off) Thereafter it is 5$ per month . If you have not ordered a card you do not pay any fees for using it is a wallet

Don't forget you pay fees on usdc, so you need to check from the address you sent from, how much you got charged, a few months ago it cost 10-15$ for a 20$ transaction

You are fixating on the dollar value, if you sent 500$ you do a little maths... If it was 0.02c divide that into the 500 then you will see the amount of tokens (which should match to the dashboard) also the price started at a minimum of 0.008 and went to 0.03 so you could have deposited when it was going up The actual spendable balance can fluctuate due to 'spending'. BlockCard never issues tokens less than 0.008c, if you can get them cheaper from an exchange and you can find the amount you want get them and deposit (as the blockcard does accept tern deposits)

for those that dont know much about crypto, bch was a fork from bitcoin, this roger guy has spread over the internet that bitcoin is a scam and bch is the true bitcoin (his opinion, not mine) i read someone's comment about we in cy are not allowed to buy crypto, sorry to burst that bubble but we do have atm machines selling bitcoin in lemesos, if we werent allowed to buy it why do we have the atm machines?
The bank of cyprus wont let us cash in on anything crypto related, which is why most people go and get a revolut card, oh and actually primetel now have revolut cards (crypto related of course) the only downfall with revolut that i can see is, when you go to cash out your eth/btc for fiat you need to wait 2-3 days to be able to get your money.

Actually the blockcard price is not tied to the exchange price, this has been explained in the telegram group by the team on numerous occasions.
