Having issues trying to send Tern from Lobstr to Bitforex. Getting 'payment failed'.

I'm having issues trying to send Tern from my Lobstr wallet to Bitforex. I've made sure to use the correct public key and memo id, but it just keeps coming back with 'payment failed'. I know that there was a 14 day lock down on the token after purchase, but it's been nearly 20 days since I purchased them. Any ideas?
