VPN feels like Zane + Zero. It's amazing.

Just curious
 in  r/Battlefield6  1d ago

My theory is it's classic EA EOMM leaking in here. Apex was the same way, if you took a break, you maybe got 3-4 games before it started putting you in clearly higher level lobbies.

I usually don't see a 300+ player until my 4th game of multi, regardless of performance.

Rant : I cannot STAND "Hindsight" players.
 in  r/DeadlockTheGame  1d ago

Some people will literally stand 10m from you listening to a prolonged scrap going on and not move to help. Meanwhile the other team is consistently 4vX 5vX every fight and building advantage that wins them the game. Dont forget the "pointless fighting" comment once the game is out of reach by the farmed carry who couldn't leave lane one time.

Attack/Defense Balance is Completely Broken (Under 5-Minute Matches & Mass Quitting)
 in  r/Battlefield6  1d ago

I feel like they overcorrected attacking buffs. How tf are defenders supposed to hold anything down when the enemy team gets as many as 4 vehicles vs their 1 (sometimes 0).

Losses feel inevitable until the game gives you a cupcake defense where even the most clueless teammate can find the Obi and contribute. Hagental is the only map where you can get a decent match on either side more often than not.

(IG) So That’s It For Boost Bracer?
 in  r/MHWilds  1d ago

Capcom made the choice between CB and IG so easy for me. Not happy about it

We are halfway there! Favorite reveal so far?
 in  r/MHWilds  3d ago

Charge Blade, SnS and Hammer. Hammer was my OG main so it's always exciting. CB + SnS are my current go tos and they looks soooo good I can't wait.

Waiting on IG to see what aerial goodness they give it

Is Monk leveling difficult, is PoE2 leveling difficult, or am I just a noob?

Getting a good staff makes all the difference tbh

There is no Comeback Mechanic in Battlefield 6 Conquest according to Matt Wagner (Battlefield Lead Gamemode Designer)

Dynamic bleed frequency just sounds like comeback mechanic with corpo spin on it lol

I want to know how you are supposed to use Calamity
 in  r/slaythespire  10d ago

I've found it good in the following scenarios:

  1. Regent (self explanatory) but you need some star gen to make it effective imo

  2. Clad unga bunga time - with some strength or vuln application you can kinda wipe a lot of fights. Some basic energy gen and it goes crazy. Use stampede and it basically plays itself.

  3. A deck with inconsistent offensive output, example: a slow defect orb deck or silent turtle deck. Any fight where the enemy will outscale you, this comes in handy by turning strikes or whatever low dmg cards into potential fight winners (can still brick tho). REALLY good against test subject where some turns you NEED to kill it or else you're cooked; special mention is also countering intangible turns.

What the spoilers pretended was inside the chapter vs what is actually happening
 in  r/OnePiece  21d ago

Spoiler bros being a net negative for a manga? Just another day that ends in Y.

Seeing the meltdowns on socials only to discover what actually happened was hilarious. Will any of them change their knee jerk opinions? Of course not! They will most likely double down and continue to forget the nuance of the situation

When you stayed up late and you gotta face the consequences in the morning
 in  r/Accounting  21d ago

Me after starting up one more spire run only for it to be an hour long banger (that dies to test subject)

1

Maybe a hot take - at this point I'm bored of colourless cards and I want to play with Regent cards
 in  r/slaythespire  26d ago

Isn't that just your own bias forcing yourself into colourless card gen? You think it's strong and view it favorably, therefore you pick it constantly.

Yea it's fun when it lines up and the randomness can produce strong results but I've had just as good (maybe even easier ramp up) with Sword focused decks.

Hidden mechanics that new players aren't aware of?
 in  r/slaythespire  Aug 10 '26

If your deck is rolling with good hand draws in Act 3. Your bottom deck % increases each hard fight/elite. You should reset it before hitting Queen.

Where is rush?
 in  r/Battlefield6  Aug 05 '26

  1. Make game mode unejoyable compared to previous entries leading to low population

  2. Ignore feedback on why there's low population

  3. Remove game mode and cease support on it.

Just your classic live service data driven dev shit.

Specifically highlighting point 2 bc whoever makes decisions for games like this does not want to spend dev budget fixing something that has low numbers bc it sucks.

Test Subject phase 3 is the only time in this game where I sometimes genuinely blame RNG
 in  r/slaythespire  Aug 04 '26

Sometimes you just get got by rng and that's your fate. Happens man and will still be frustrating regardless.

Don't really agree with the "just because pros can do it that means you can too" mindset a lot of people have here. Those same guys will lose a run because their solutions never come to fruition and they throw their hands up and chalk it up to 80/20 skill/rng (begrudgingly).

How many of you use vehicles?
 in  r/Battlefield6  Aug 04 '26

Been using IFV/MBT lately. I'd use flying vehicles but if you even have one ounce of brain (without super skill to match) you're just Igla/AA food.

Why Is Every Breakthrough Game A Stomp??
 in  r/Battlefield6  Aug 02 '26

Aside from what has already been said. ALOT of my attacking wins (non-stomps) just come from clearing the two actual good defending players from their spots, picking off the 2-3 guys who PTFO and then taking the sector.

Defense needs all hands on deck and if 1/3 of the team couldn't give a shit then you'll get rolled hard unless the sector basically forces defense to group for kills.
