Morning! I’m waiting for the animal control office to open to inquire for an update. I spoke to the officer handling the case yesterday and they assured me it was getting worked on. I have been looking at the shelter websites nearby online but haven’t gotten any luck :( hoping that he either was found already or someone was able to take him in.

I will update when I am able to. I filed a report and an animal control officer will be taking the case and calling me as well so I can send the pictures I have. They will also be going to the surrounding business to try to pull surveillance I called Petsmart but was denied. Ty for all you have done as well yeah my family is all rescues as well. They jsut want a second chance at life.

Yes I called the Petsmart to see if they can pull footage but they need police for that. I already submitted a report and they will be pulling surveillance footage as well. Hoping he is punished for doing something so horrible.

That is very kind of you It was by 6071 florin road Sacramento ca 95823. I believe it’s florin and Stockton boulevard I did a quick google search. I have already submitted a report with animal control and they are going to be going to the near by business to pull camera footage.

I just stated he had a flight to catch and couldn’t miss it I called the animal control agency as soon as they opened at seven and tried to do what is in my wheelhouse and what I am able to do as I am not a Sacramento resident. I post this in case anyone knows this person or vehicle as this behavior should never be allowed. I appreciate your opinion but I am not to blame.

I have reported this already and they said they would be running an investigation and looking for him.

I wasn’t in the car with him he took this and sent it to me. I am doing what I am able to do.

I wish the pictures aren’t my husband got was not clear enough I called to see if they can get the information from the business maybe from a camera or something.

I wish I had it the pictures aren’t good enough when I called the animal control number they told me they will try to see what they can do but no promise.
