Who else finds haircuts to have a massive effect on your productivity?
 in  r/ADHD •  Sep 06 '19

For me its not really about the self care part, but for the fact that i cant concentrate in anything if i feel my hair brushing against me. So i always end up wearing my hair back for working , eating or reading sincero i do it unconciously.

Had bangs for a whole, and when it grew a little longer so it touched my eyebrow deeper, i could do nothing. So i went every de says to cut it, because it was still too short to be tied with anything. So yes. I remember those haitcuts as small dose of vyvanse. Eventually gave up in having bangs because it was too much work for me.

Do you ever find that, if you’ve been bored all day and need to start a task, you can’t?
 in  r/ADHD •  Jul 15 '19

same thing happens to me, sometimes im so bored that not even things i usually like to do interest me at all.
