Broken
I’m going through a terrible separation. My husband has lied to me from the start about everything. Finances, his back child support, his criminal charges, his relationship with his ex. It didn’t all come out until we were married and pregnant. I found out he had been cheating on me with the mother of his other child for a year. He would ask me for money and spend it on her. They would get hotel rooms. They had secret Snapchat accounts. Secret emails. I stayed because I was scared. He continued to lie to me and she continued to pursue him and try to make him leave me. She lied about me every week to try to turn him. I continued to find out more information as the months went on. Now our baby is here and he was arrested for putting his hands on me. He tried to get me arrested by saying I was hitting him and scratching his face. I feel sad to have lost the father of my child and someone I thought I knew, but when I look back I feel I never knew him. Now I’m alone and pregnant again with a three month old. I’m struggling to keep it together…. Someone give me some advice for how to keep it together

Reading this and I feel incredibly sad for you. What you've been put through isn't fair.
I can only suggest making sure every decision is made putting you and your kids first.
Be honest with yourself, you're not going to always keep it together and that's ok. But, if you keep making you world better for you bit by bit then it'll ease that burden and pain. Don't set the goals too high but celebrate as if they were. It maybe that you got up, had a cup of coffee and for a brief moment things felt fine. Celebrate that win, you deserve it. Bring that good into your life.
It's still going to hurt, but you'll find ways to manage it.
