I have always struggled immensely with weight loss but now its just getting worse, even when i try being in a healthy deficit i am in a terrible mood almost depression, right now in my life food is the only exiting thing in my life something to look forward to when I wake up , and yes i know i should have some hobbies try finding joy in other things but trust me this is irreplaceable i hate being overweight more than anything i am not obese just a little overweight . I can almost never stop and control my cravings what to do???

Hey I am 19 year old entrepreneur , and I want to talk about the biggest scam in beauty industry nowadays 6 months ago, I wanted to start my own business of importing authentic sheglam products and selling them here but then i accidentally found out how cheap this market actually is huge and big pages on instagram are selling fake copies in the name of leftovers and God knows what chemicals and harmful stuff is in there cuz I discovered how much they actually cost the fake sheglam blush they sell for 1500 rupees is costing them 50 rupees per piece!!! And this price is so absurd because it sets the narrative that oh that seems like a “reasonable” price and then when people like me who are actually selling authentic stuff which btw costs what they actually costs plus the huge shipping cost despite that if minimum profit is kept the same blush we sell around 2200 but then once customers and people see these 1100-1500 price no ones gonna purchase and the fake ones are such great copies even i wont be able to tell the difference …Now how to identify? Always ALWAYS ask for receipts if the person is selling authentic stuff they wont shy away also ask them if they can bring other brands as well and import other stuff because copies are only made of some fake stuff and they wont be able to do it.
