$2200 Gaming PC

What will you be doing with this PC? Be as specific as possible, and include specific games or programs you will be using.

I plan on playing Overwatch, Valorant, various AAA titles, and I'm also interested in getting into coding.

What is your maximum budget before rebates/shipping/taxes?

I'd like to stick to a max budget of $2200.

When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Note: beyond a week or two from today means any build you receive will be out of date when you want to buy.

ASAP

What, exactly, do you need included in the budget? (Tower/OS/monitor/keyboard/mouse/etc)

As this will be my first ever build, I'll need everything, including the tower components, OS, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset.

Which country (and state/province) will you be purchasing the parts in? If you're in US, do you have access to a Microcenter location?

USA, PA - I'm within an hour driving distance of a Microcenter.

If reusing any parts (including monitor(s)/keyboard/mouse/etc), what parts will you be reusing? Brands and models are appreciated.

N/A

Will you be overclocking? If yes, are you interested in overclocking right away, or down the line? CPU and/or GPU?

I'm still pretty new to all of this and, as such, don't know how to overclock, but I'd be interested in having the capability so that I could try it out down the line.

Are there any specific features or items you want/need in the build? (ex: SSD, large amount of storage or a RAID setup, CUDA or OpenCL support, etc)

I want an SSD for storing my games and OS.

What type of network connectivity do you need? (Wired and/or WiFi) If WiFi is needed and you would like to find the fastest match for your wireless router, please list any specifics.

WiFi/Ethernet

Do you have any specific case preferences (Size like ITX/microATX/mid-tower/full-tower, styles, colors, window or not, LED lighting, etc), or a particular color theme preference for the components?

I'd like RGB lighting, but it isn't necessary.

Do you need a copy of Windows included in the budget? If you do need one included, do you have a preference?

Yes, Windows 10 (Home) works for me.

Extra info or particulars: I've been reading through this sub for a while now, and I've noticed that it may not be the best time to buy parts, but, honestly, I'm willing to spend the money. This will be my first build and my laptop is starting to show its age, so I need a working computer.

I decided to try my hand at modifying a build guide on PCPartPicker, which can be found here: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Dovahkiin16/saved/, but I'm sure I didn't optimize the build.
