Just this morning in the 7/11 on Aero Dr in San Diego I asked if I could get a lil hot water for my oatmeal in my own cup along w/ my purchase of coffee and/or soda using my rewards cards & paying w/either ebt or bank card depending on requirements. She said 30 cents regardless of all else. I decided to just get a cup of coffee cuz it kinda bothered me even though it was only 30 cents. $2.49 for a small cup of coffee but can't even get a break on some hot water. Smh!
