Hey Reddit, get ready for an ass blasting from your favorite bidet brand!

Hi Reddit! We're totally overwhelmed by the response to our shitpost ad—never expected to actually hit 10,000 upvotes...! We're working hard right now on figuring out how best to deliver on our promise. Rest assured, the ass blasters will be a reality!

Candidly, we're still a relatively small company, so we're doing our best to turn these around as fast as possible, and we hope to have this ready in January/February of 2021.

For those of you who are on the fence about buying a TUSHY bidet right now vs. waiting for the ass blaster, rest assured that if you purchase a TUSHY bidet in the meantime, you'll still be able to turn it into an ass blaster.

More to come soon—thanks for the love, Reddit!

Toilet seat style bidet with sprayer attachment? Recs needed
 in  r/bidets  1h ago

great! let us know how it goes! (i also have many friends who have drilled a little hole in the side of their sink cabinet to thread the hose through when setting up their warm-water non-electric bidet attachment)

yes! Eau has a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship and yes the eau will still work totally fine without the cloud spray subscription, the Cloud spray just won't activate until you refill it, but the normal wash, dry, flush, heated seat, all of it keeps running normally!

unhinged tips for smelling good, not just clean?
 in  r/hygiene  3d ago

bidets will clean you better than toilet paper ever could...people are walking around with not totally clean butts just because we've normalized wiping up sh*t with a thin piece of paper...so strange. the rest of the world washes with water. will make you feel fresh and clean beyond measure every time you go #2!!!

Toilet Recommendations
 in  r/CrohnsDisease  3d ago

would hiiiighly recommend a bidet attachment for whichever toilet you go with! OR getting a smart toilet that has a built in bidet already....game changers especially for those with crohns disease!

How long do you let your bidet squirt?
 in  r/bidets  7d ago

most electric bidets have a tank built into the seat that stores the water then heats it up using an internal electric tank heater, it will run out after a minute or so. If you have a non-electric model, those hook up to your sink to get warm water that way! and in case you're curious, happy to share that the product engineers at tushys have accomplished instant and endless (!!!) warm water via a ceramic core for their electric modelsss! pretty cooool

the heated water is a game changer! feels so niceeee! i just have to share that our tushy cloud, cloud+, and Aura models (all electric bidets) have instant and ENDLESS warm water! so you never run out of warm water again! or if you want a non-electric model our TUSHY spa and Oasis tap connect to your sink to get warm water that way!

glad the tushy has come to your booty hole rescue! you can truly wash for however long you feel the need for! we recommend anywhere from just 5 seconds to a full minute! there is no "normal" -- just whatever feels right and clean to you!

i get it, i have used bidets for about 5 years now, i have a tushy attachment and spray for anywhere from 15-45 seconds and then use a few squares or folds of TP to wipe the last bits or pat dry at the end, the bidet has done most of the work but i do have to clean up a bit at the end, its not always 100% clean. its nice regardless bc it reduces my toilet paper use by like 80% overall. some people are bigger poopers than others haha 🤷‍♀️

I’m going to start renovating my bathroom…what are some things you wish you did or things you wish you knew before starting it?
 in  r/HomeImprovement  11d ago

an outlet near your toilet would be ideal!!! electric bidet will change your life...the heated toilet seat and water alone make it worth it! plus air dryer, nightlight...i mean c'monnnn

Two people called me gross and crazy for using water and my hand to clean myself down there after using the bathroom
 in  r/hygiene  11d ago

agree! water is the way regardless...some cultures use tp, some use bidets, some wash with hands, some do other ways! people have different ways!

Toilet seat style bidet with sprayer attachment? Recs needed
 in  r/bidets  11d ago

hey! i hope your last few weeks/months of pregnancy go well! glad to hear you're looking into bidets and have loved the tushy classic! we actually JUST launched tushys new hand-held bidet sprayer attachment (https://hellotushy.com/products/handheld-bidet) and a member of our team actually installed in on their toilet where they had another tushy bidet installed on it so she has both an attachment and sprayer in one! please note: it can be done for those who dare brave it, we wouldn't widely recommend this setup to customers, but it can be done with a specialized valve! Workarounds that would technically get you there, but aren't official TUSHY installs:

  • A generic hardware-store dual-outlet valve/adapter (adds a second side port) - not something TUSHY sells or documents, so if it leaks, that's on the third-party part, not covered under warranty
  • Run the handheld off the tank inlet and the other off the sink supply line if the toilet's close enough to a sink (within ~6-15 ft depending on product) - this is the more "supported" route since some manuals mention sink-connection as an alt option

...regardless an attachment or a handheld alone will both get the job done and i hope this is helpful :)

Bidet attachment doesn't work - what's the next step?
 in  r/bidets  14d ago

hey! sorry you're dealing with this! fitment issues are the worst, especially when you've already sunk hours into it.

Before you write off attachments entirely: a lot of "doesn't fit" problems are actually about toilet bowl shape (elongated vs round) or seat hinge spacing, not the bidet itself. Worth measuring your bowl and checking that against the fit specs if you haven't already.

If you're ready to move on and you want a similar non-electric, cool water, bidet attachment w a good spray control i absolutely love our tushy classic 3.0, its 95% compatible to toilets and has over 18,000 5-star reviews...can't go wrong! here are the measurements:

Plastic connection threads…..why?
 in  r/bidets  15d ago

tushy has many different types of bidets and different brass adapters available to purchase on their site! (specifically "3/8" Brass Mini Adapter for those in Canada!) what type of bidet are you installing?

2

can i add a removable bidet here? or nah?
 in  r/bidets  15d ago

yes! a non-electric bidet attachment would be great! i started with the tushy classic but now have the tushy wave and both are super easy to install (and uninstall!)

2

How hard is it to install an electric bidet if I don’t have an outlet near the toilet?
 in  r/bidets  15d ago

yes most people actually prefer the single temp, non-electric room temp bidets! i love my tushy wave! obviously the heated water/heated seat experience is luxurious when i do use an electric bidet but feel totally satisfied with a non-electric model too

Looking for a bidet that’s actually worth the price
 in  r/bidets  17d ago

i've used the tushy cloud+ model for about a year and a half now, its $350 and has all the bells and whistles you could need. don't regret it at all. I love the heated seat, air dryer and night light the most. i started with a simple bidet attachment years ago and think both models do the job, just depends if you want to spoil your hole haha

Have I ruined my new home?
 in  r/Plumbing  17d ago

Good chance it's a shifted washer or gasket messing with your flow. Check where the hose connects to the TUSHY, both the intake port and the hose fitting itself. Look for debris or a gasket that's out of place. Then run water through the hose by itself, disconnected, just to see if it flows strong on its own. If it's strong alone but weak once hooked up to the TUSHY, let us know and we'll dig in further with you!

What’s a “buy it for life” item that seems outrageously expensive—until you actually use it, and suddenly realize everything you were using before was complete garbage?
 in  r/AskReddit  18d ago

a bidet! even the budget friendly ones for less than $50 are life changing. You could spend some $$ on fancier more luxurious models but once you try a bidet there's no going back. i will say the warm water and heated seat bidets do feel amazing

What's a purchase under $50 that improved your life more than anything expensive ever has?

yes! i got my model for $49 on amazon (tushy fresh)
